Private-circle governance

Membership screening notice

Why screening exists

Zeenah protects a small, trusted circle of members and partners. Screening verifies identity and referrals, reduces impersonation and abuse, and preserves service quality—not to judge status, popularity, beliefs, or background.

What is reviewed

An authorised human reviewer may examine the identity details, referral, and public Instagram and LinkedIn profiles you voluntarily submit. Reviewers follow a checklist covering identity consistency, referral verification, profile authenticity, community safety, service fit, and consent.

What is not permitted

Decisions must not use race, colour, nationality, ethnic origin, religion, sex, gender, disability, health, political views, or other protected or sensitive characteristics. Zeenah does not purchase hidden social data, request passwords, or access private profile content.

Decision and accountability

Approval is discretionary but must be documented. Applications, decisions, and invitations are recorded in an audit trail. Automated tools may organise information, but a human remains responsible for the decision.

Your choices

You may withdraw before a decision, correct inaccurate information, ask why an application was declined, or request reconsideration. Contact zeenah.zen@outlook.com. Withdrawing consent ends screening but means Zeenah cannot complete the request.
